Arbuthnot, 118ff, 49 pen and ink drawings, some hand-coloured and including 3 lithographs, calligraphic title in black and gold and with a staff of three flags, later roan, a little rubbed, 1880-81; together with a part-set of four further logs kept by Arbuthnot comprising January 1882-March 1883 (damp, pages partially rotted); April 1883-December 1883 (with frontispiece, maps and drawings); September 1898-September 1899 and October 1899-June 1901; a volume entitled Watch Station Bills, HMS 'Centurion' with notes on various activities including torpedo armament and many inserted typed notes for various drills including cutlass drill; and a photograph in hard cover embossed 'A.A.'
