the 22in. hull carved from the solid with ebonised topsides, varnished deck with typical fittings, raked masts with polychrome ensigns and rigging secured within glazed wooden case -- 12¾ x 30¾ x 12in. (32.5 x 78 x 30.5cm.)
Miranda was completed by Camper & Nicholson in 1910 and was chartered by the Royal Navy in 1915 for the duration of the War. Changing hands, and names, several times thereafter, she was finally broken up in Ghent in 1949.
