The bullion, later made into bars, was sold at a value of £200,000 and was confiscated and deposited in the Bank of England, 15 leaves, 23-29 lines, top left-hand corners pierced and secured with a silk tie, last leaf defective, folio -- 13.5 x 8.5in.
