The portrait glass is a little scuffed and the gold mounts underside the lid is loose where three or four pins are missing and a small gilt trim missing from lower edge on underside; a fine ?shrinkage crack is visible in certain light about 5mm in from the rim of the lid, extending between 6 and 9 o'clock.
