signed on the arc as per title, the vertical radius inscribed for baseline and differential latitude, the index arm inscribed Hypothenuse Distance Index, the upper limb with two holes to locate a sight -- 14¼in. (36cm.) overall; together with a brass 'T' square, apparently by the same hand -- 14in. (35.5cm.)
