The coatee is named for Capt. George Arthur Scott (1888-1960), Captain of H.M.S. Belfast 1939-40 and whose medals were sold via Mssrs Dix, Noonan & Webb, 4th April 2001. He was serving about H.M.S. Severn during its engagements with S.M.S. Konigsburg in July 1915; The Bicorn hat and epaulettes are named for P.C.H. Lane of the Royal Indian Marines.
